Vital Link Adult Day Care
Vital Link Adult Day Care is designed to provide respite for any adult requiring care during the day. The well-trained staff provides understanding and loving care for each individual's needs according to their physican's recommendations. Services include free transportation within a ten-mile radius of Northfield, flexible hours, privacy and rest as needed, nutritional, home-cooked meals and socialization with a variety of ages. Nursing supervision oversees assistance with medications, monthly weight monitoring and weekly blood pressure checks. Vital Link is licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Social Services. Financial assistance available for qualified recepients.
Adult Day Care Is Designed To:
- Provide spouse or other caregiver personal time.
- Provide social stimulation for adult living alone.
- Provide assistance with hygiene care.
- Provide assistance with medication monitoring.
