Home Care Link
Home Care Link provides home care services to clients who require nursing care or supportive help in their own home, apartment, assisted living apartment or board and lodging setting. A staff nurse will privately assist with physician-ordered treatments as well as give injections, monitor blood pressure and glucose levels and provide skin care. If assistance with personal care is needed to remain in an independent living setting, staff aides will assist with bathing, dressing, shopping, meal preparation and light housekeeping. These Home Care Link services are available seven days a week.
