Care Center
Three Links Care Center is a 102-bed skilled nursing care facility. Twenty-four beds are dedicated to the Pathways Unit, which is a secure unit for Alzheimer's disease. Care includes a progressive Rehabilitaion Department, offering speech and occupational therapy. Resident rooms, whether private or semi-private, are tastefully decorated. Residents are encouraged to personalize their rooms with a favorite chair, family pictures and other personal items to make it look and feel like home. The staff works hard to meet the individual needs of each resident in a caring, respectful mannner.
- Nursing - Licensed nursing staff on duty 24 hours a day, carry out a plan of care for each resident in conjuction with physican's orders. Certified Nursing Assistant are available to assist residents with personal care needs.
- Social Service - Social workers are available to assist residents and families with the admission process and adjustment to the nursing home environment.
- Pastoral Care - Spiritual needs may be met through group involvement in Bible study and church services or through individual time with the chaplain.
- Dietary - Food service staff provide nourishing and attractive meals under the direction of a registered dietician. Special diets are accommodated according to the physican's orders.
- Activities - The Activity Department offers a well-rounded program of individual and group activities designed to assist residents adjust to their environment in a meaningful way.
- Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry - These departments maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Personal laundry service is provided at no additional charge.
- Physican Services - Prior to admission, each resident must designate a physican who will be responsible for their care. The Medical Director is responsible for reviewing resident care policies.
- Optional Available Services (additional cost) include: laboratory, optometrist, pharmacy,speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy and beauty shop.
